A hard copy original plus three copies of all documents, including the Application Summary Sheet, Executive Summary, proposal narrative, project budget and all accompanying documents must be mailed or delivered to the foundation office. Download Grant Application for all details regarding the proposal submission.
Accompanying documents include:
1) Copy of your IRS 501(c)(3) letter;
2) Organizational budget;
3) Two letters of support;
4) Organizational structure/chart; and
5) Board of Directors list.
